4. When parcel has been send out and you open dispute, it is appreciated if you can repay after you got  parcel again. thank you! Honesty is very important.

5. When you received parcel, if package was broken, please contact us within 60 days after you got it, we will resend to you or refund.

6. If tracking information showed  "shipping cancelled", please contact us first , since the shipping man change tracking number,we will send new tracking number to you,Pls don't open dispute. thank you so much in advance.
